It’s time! Dashing All the Weigh starts November 24th!
From November 24th through January 4th, we’re committing to staying active, staying motivated, and staying connected – even during the busiest time of year!
Here’s how to join in:
➡️ Register at the Y or online at ymcaknoxville.org/register. Pick up your workout tracker at your Y’s membership desk.
➡️ Complete four workouts each week from November 24th through January 4th.
➡️ Track your workouts on your sheet — ANY movement counts! Strength training, cardio, group fitness, swimming, walking, or YMCA360 workouts at home.
➡️ Turn in your finished tracker by January 9th to earn your Dashing All the Weigh long-sleeve T-shirt; your reward for staying consistent all holiday season.
Take it one week at a time, one workout at a time, and let this challenge keep you grounded through the holiday hustle.
