Join us for Safe Lifting for Beginners with Dr. Laura Mattis, a hands-on physical therapy session designed to build confidence and prevent injury. We’ll start with brief education in Studio B, covering proper form and body mechanics, then head to the fitness floor to practice safe lifting techniques using light weights and kettlebells. This session is perfect for anyone new to lifting or looking to refresh the basics in a supportive environment.
