Our Pilot Family YMCA offers 24-Hour Access to our upstairs Wellness Center, featuring cardio equipment, free weights, and functional fitness space! Whether you’re an early riser, a night owl, or just juggling a busy schedule, you can now fit your workout in whenever it works best for you.

The Basics:

• 24-Hour Access is available for an additional $10/month per person, which can be added to your monthly membership dues.
• 24-Hour Access is for the upstairs Wellness Center at the Pilot Family Y only and does not include the basketball gym, studios, locker rooms, or swimming pools. A restroom is available.
• Members from all local YMCA of East Tennessee branches are eligible to add 24-Hour Access at our Pilot Family Y.
• 24-Hour Access allows you to enter the Y outside of our regular business hours, meaning you can now workout:
  • Friday night from 10pm to Saturday morning at 7am
  • Saturday evening from 6pm to Sunday afternoon at 1pm
  • Sunday evening from 6pm to Monday morning at 5am
• 24-Hour Access will be available on all holidays, snow days, Y closures, etc. at your own risk.
• Please visit any YMCA location to sign up in person and verify your valid photo ID is on file.

Entering the Y:

• Entry will be through the upstairs Wellness Center door and will be clearly marked.
• Use your keytag scan card or your YMCA360 mobile app barcode to unlock the doors.

Safety & Security:

• All 24-Hour Access members must be 18 or older.
• The Wellness Center will NOT be staffed, and we highly recommend working out with a buddy.
• The Wellness Center is video-monitored for your safety.
• All Y members utilizing 24-hour access must scan in individually. Entry will be reviewed.
• Thank you for helping us keep our Y safe and fair for all. Sharing barcodes/passes will not be tolerated and will result in loss of membership privileges. 24-Hour Access will be video-reviewed daily for abuse of Membership Privileges.
