Yes! All group fitness classes are included with every YMCA of East Tennessee membership. Not a member? Join Now!
Most classes are drop-in, but some specialized formats (like cycling) may require pre-registration via the Schedules page.
Yes. Non-members can purchase a day pass or pay a drop-in rate to attend.
Wear comfortable workout clothing, bring a water bottle, and arrive a few minutes early. We’ll have all the equipment you’ll need for all classes, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat for yoga classes if preferred!
