Whether you’re learning to float, training for competition, or just enjoying family time in the pool, the Y is where East Tennessee learns to swim.

We offer lessons for infants as young as 6 months through adults of all ages and skill levels.
When registering online, choose “View” to read the Activity Details and you’ll see a description of each level’s goals and curriculum. Our instructors will evaluate swimmers’ abilities at the first lesson to ensure they’re placed in the right group for success.
No. Non-members are welcome to participate, but members receive discounted rates and early registration access.
Yes. We offer American Red Cross–certified Lifeguard and CPR Training courses throughout the year at select branches.
